This project is to provide support to Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc in their negotiations with Benton County, State of Washington. The county notified this company that they needed a special use permit to continue business and further told them that Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises Inc. could not operate until this permit was obtained. In addition they were order to remove all junked vehicles using the designated provider as specified by the Benton County Building Department. In conversations with the compliance office the only provider mentioned was Action Towing and no other.
